He is a certified Medical Review Officer, Independent Medical Examiner, and Senior FAA Aviation Medical Examiner, and also has the Certificate in Travel Health® designation from the International Society of Travel Medicine. He previously served as Occupational Medical Director for large pharmaceutical and automotive manufacturing organizations. He is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, the International Society of Travel Medicine, and the American Association of Medical Review Officers, as well as national and local professional medical societies. Previous work experience includes orthopedics and sports medicine, urology and cardiovascular surgery at major teaching hospitals in Pittsburgh. He was commissioned as an officer on active duty with the US Public Health Service, and also worked as primary care physician assistant for 10 years for the Federal Bureau of Prisons before transferring to Office of Health Affairs for the Department of Homeland Security. His duties at DHS included coordination of preparedness and response programs including workforce protection for DHS employees for pandemic influenza, and nuclear, biologic and chemical threats. Scott has previous teaching experience as the Assistant Director of the Physician Assistant program at St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania, and as an intelligence analyst on active duty in the US Army. Prior to moving to Florida in 1997, she spent six years in Internal Medicine, and twelve years in Reno Nevada working as a Manager in an Occupational Health Center, as well as a Certified Medical Assistant. She has worked in Brevard County over thirty years in such areas as occupational and family medicine, emergency radiology, radiation therapy, and general radiology. She is a native of Florida and hails from Saint Petersburg. Terrie brings with her 30 years of medical office experience including dermatology, internal medicine and family practice. Terrie is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist with the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation as well as a Certified Department of Transportation Urine Drug Screen Collector. Terrie is actively pursuing all certifications and licenses needed within the realm of Occupational Medicine. Bob provides CHS corporate administrative liaison and support as well as Occupational Safety and Health services and consultation to the OHC operations and staff. Bob has greater than 48 years of training and experience in Occupational Health (including occupational medicine and environmental health) and serves currently as the CHS Corporate Manager, Occupational Safety and Health.
